Staff accommodating, quick check-in, extended restaurant hours. Bellboys helpful. Well-equipped room, thick mattress, comfy pillows. Bed comfortable, AC cool. Huge refrigerator, microwave. Clean, comfortable. Close to pier, SM city. Good for early morning flights, easy to get taxi. Helpful and nice staff. Clean, spacious room. Will come back with family next time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us - outside the city-center and in a lovely residential area. We enjoyed the peaceful and quieter surroundings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with first-class customer service and a warm welcome upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, and a television. We were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room, which was a great convenience. The room itself was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. it was in the very center of the city, allowing easy access to various attractions and amenities.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was in the middle of a poor area and the streets were in rough condition.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and quiet. The air conditioner and refrigerator worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and the Shoemart shopping complex. the hotel facilities were great and the staff provided excellent service.
Not obvious to find, but once inside, everything was smooth and easy.
